What are my delivery options?

Trec Cards offers two convenient methods of delivery:

  • Courier: We deliver directly to your home or office from our warehouse, anywhere in South Africa (additional charges apply for this service). You will receive updates on the progress of your order until it is delivered.
  • Collect: You can choose to collect your order from us in Germiston. Collection hours: Monday – Thursday, 08h30 – 16h00, and Friday, 08h30 – 13h30 (excluding public holidays).

When will I receive my order?

We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. To ensure the best quality, our products are made to order and typically take 3-7 working days to complete. Due to the complexity of certain products, like Photoluminescent and Road signs, processing may take a bit longer.

What happens if an item is missing?

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@treccards.co.za or calling 011 822 1542. Be sure to have your Order Number ready.

What are my payment options?

Payments can be made securely via our online payment portal provided by PayFast, using a credit card, debit card, or instant EFT. Alternatively, you can choose the “EFT payment” option at checkout, then complete the payment via electronic funds transfer (EFT).

What are Trec Cards’ banking details?

Please note the following when making EFT payments:

  • Use ONLY your order number as the reference (e.g., 1234567).
  • Ensure that the deposit amount includes the price of the goods ordered plus the delivery fee.
  • Retain your proof of deposit or transfer in case of any queries.
